C&S Plumbing of Lee was founded in 1997 by two brothers with the support of their father, built on a foundation of family values and dedication to exceptional service. Today, the company is proudly led by Samuel Pellechio Jr., who works alongside his son and daughter to continue the family-oriented legacy.

With a background in construction and a forward-thinking mindset, he works to streamline systems, win bids, and keep projects running efficiently. Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Aiden brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and business strategy to help drive C&S Plumbing’s growth.

JON FELTMAN

Project Manager

Jon is a key part of the C&S Plumbing leadership team, managing multiple job sites and ensuring projects are completed on time and up to spec. With a strong background in field operations and a commitment to quality, Jon coordinates crews, resolves on-site challenges, and maintains clear communication with clients and contractors. His professionalism and hands-on experience make him a trusted leader in the field.

Office Support & Marketing

Ava keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating schedules and handling customer communications to managing marketing efforts, she ensures the office is organized and the C&S brand stays front and center.
